Thank you for shopping with CLIOS Candles. We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
During periods of high demand, including product launches, promotional events, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We currently do offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@clioscandles.co.uk.
We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Photographs of the packaging
This allows us to investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
